Lack of motivation or direction: If you don't know your purpose, it can be difficult to find the motivation or direction you need to pursue your goals and make progress.
Disinterest in activities: If you're not sure what you want to do with your life, you might find that you're not very interested in activities that other people enjoy.
Emotional turmoil: Not knowing your purpose can be stressful and unsettling, and you might experience a range of negative emotions as a result, such as anxiety, depression, or frustration.
Difficulty making decisions: When you don't know what you want to do with your life, it can be hard to make decisions about your future, even simple ones like what to study in college or what job to apply for.
A feeling of aimlessness: Without a clear purpose, you might feel like you're drifting through life without any sense of direction or purpose.
You struggle to stay focused: Your attention is constantly being unconsciously directed towards what you value most in life (your purpose). If you don't consciously know what your purpose is, it's very common to expect yourself to stay focused on "what you think it should be" only to get disheartened when your attention trails off again.
If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, it might be a good idea to take some time to explore your values and what truly matters to you.
Although you may not be aware of it, you are automatically, unconsciously making decisions and taking actions based on your unconscious values and purpose.
For this reason, I have put together a questionnaire designed to bring your unconscious purpose into your conscious awareness. You can access it free by clicking here.
